 The Zen room is a small, peaceful room with a variety of meditation tools/aids available to test. The room is available to use for free but you must schedule in advance. A quiet space to sit in silent meditation and/or prayer that can be used by anyone at no cost. A cozy room available if you just need some time to decompress after a long day or silent zone to practice your meditation. 

30 minute One on one meditation sessions.

Meditation Group Class: Schedule a series of meditation classes for you and your group (max 10 people per class). In each session we will learn about meditation and practice different meditation techniques. Cost: donation based. (Each individual pays what he/she can that day, cash only. Suggested: $10/person)
