Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that promotes mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The session is in a soothing private room. You will be fully clothed for the session. Reiki can be hands-off or light touch.
Meditation
30-minute one-on-one meditation sessions.
Cost: Donation-based. (Each individual pays what he/she can that day.)
Meditation Group Class: Schedule a series of meditation classes for you and your group (max 10 people per class). In each session, we will learn about meditation and practice different meditation techniques. Cost: donation-based. (Each individual pays what he/she can that day.)
